Luxury transport for seven guests, from airport arrival to country estate
A British shooting holiday brings together exceptional countryside, sporting traditions and time spent with good company. The journeys between your airport, country hotel and shooting destinations should feel equally well considered.
White Glove Chauffeur Service provides private chauffeur transport for UK shooting tours, including airport collections, hotel transfers, journeys to pre-booked shooting venues and dedicated multi-day travel.
Available from early 2027, our bespoke Araror Club seven-passenger VIP Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is being created around the needs of guests travelling with substantial luggage and sporting equipment.
Whether you are visiting from the United States, organising a country weekend with friends or arranging transport for private clients, the experience begins with understanding your plans—and everything you need to bring.

What is the best chauffeur vehicle for a seven-person UK shooting tour?
For seven guests travelling with holiday luggage and shooting equipment, a purpose-designed VIP Mercedes Sprinter with a substantial separate luggage compartment is a strong choice.
The White Glove Araror Club is being built specifically around this requirement: seven passenger seats in a private luxury cabin, generous separate luggage storage and a dedicated lockable gun cabinet.
Passenger capacity is only part of the decision. A vehicle needs to accommodate your group alongside suitcases, carry-on bags, boots, outdoor clothing and equipment cases.
Our VIP Mercedes V-Class vehicles have five or six passenger seats, depending on the vehicle, so they cannot accommodate a seven-person party. For a shooting tour, we assess the complete passenger and equipment requirements before confirming the transport arrangement.
The Araror Club is designed for airport collections, hotel transfers and road journeys between shooting destinations. Off-road movements between drives or across estate tracks should be coordinated separately with your shooting host.

Airport pickup for your UK shooting holiday
After an overnight flight, a personal welcome and a comfortable onward journey make a reassuring start to your holiday.
Your chauffeur service can begin at London Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted or another agreed UK airport. For shooting itineraries beginning in Scotland, collections from Edinburgh or Glasgow can also be arranged.
Before travel, we confirm your flight information, meeting arrangements, destination, passenger numbers and luggage requirements. Flight monitoring, where available, allows collection timings to be reviewed if your arrival changes.
Airport meet-and-greet can be included in your agreed arrangements, with your chauffeur welcoming you inside arrivals, assisting with luggage and accompanying you to your prepared vehicle.
From there, settle into your private cabin for the journey to a London hotel, country house accommodation or your first touring destination.
For guests travelling by private aircraft, we can coordinate collection from an agreed private aviation terminal, with access and meeting arrangements confirmed in advance.
Your departure transfer receives the same attention, with collection planned around the journey, airport requirements and your flight.

Designed around shooting equipment and touring luggage
A seven-person shooting holiday involves more than seven seats.
Guests may arrive with large suitcases, carry-on bags, gun cases, cartridge bags, boots and clothing for several days in the countryside. These requirements need to be considered before the journey begins.
The Araror Club’s substantial rear luggage compartment forms a central part of its design. It provides a separate space for touring luggage and specialist equipment, helping keep the passenger cabin comfortable and uncluttered.
A dedicated lockable gun cabinet is included in the planned build.
Before confirming your booking, we discuss the number and dimensions of your bags and equipment cases, together with the transport arrangements required. Firearms permissions, handling and storage arrangements throughout the holiday must also be agreed with the appropriate shooting hosts and providers.
This is the thinking behind the Araror Club: design the vehicle around the journeys our clients want to make.

A private club atmosphere for seven passengers
The journey back from an estate should be somewhere you can relax, warm up and enjoy the conversation.
The Araror Club’s planned cabin combines seven heated and massaging Nappa leather passenger seats with a sociable layout, including two rear-facing seats.
The specification includes:
- Two televisions and a starlight roof.
- Electric privacy blinds and dedicated rear climate control.
- Onboard refrigeration.
- Wireless phone charging.
- Heated and chilled cup holders.
- Dedicated cup and champagne flute holders.
Early departures may call for a peaceful cabin and a little more rest. Later journeys might be filled with stories from the day.
The cabin is being designed to adapt to your comfort and mood, making the time spent travelling an enjoyable part of the holiday.

A dedicated chauffeur throughout your shooting tour
A shooting itinerary has its own rhythm: early departures, estate arrival times, lunches, changing weather and journeys back to your accommodation.
We review your proposed schedule before travel and advise where journey times or collection arrangements may need adjusting.
Where the itinerary allows, the same chauffeur and vehicle can remain with your party throughout the agreed multi-day service. Your chauffeur becomes familiar with your group, your luggage and your preferred pace, while you have one team coordinating the transport.
Your itinerary can include:
- Airport arrivals and departures.
- Collections from homes, hotels or railway stations.
- Transfers to country house hotels and private accommodation.
- Daily travel to pre-booked shooting estates and schools.
- Journeys between hotels during a longer tour.
- Agreed restaurant, sightseeing and golf transfers.
Whether your plans involve driven game shooting, simulated game days or clay pigeon shooting, we coordinate the chauffeur journeys around the programme agreed with your shooting organiser.

UK shooting holidays for American visitors
For American guests planning a British shooting vacation, the practical details matter as much as the destinations.
You may be arriving with friends, joining a privately hosted estate visit or combining several shooting days with a longer holiday in Britain.
White Glove can work with your confirmed itinerary and coordinate transport details with your travel adviser, shooting organiser, hotel concierge or estate contact.
Your journey might begin with a Heathrow arrival and a stay in London before travelling into the countryside. Alternatively, you may arrive in Scotland and build your chauffeur itinerary around northern destinations.
Tell us about your checked suitcases, carry-on bags and specialist equipment when enquiring. Understanding the complete load allows us to plan the vehicle arrangement properly.

Country weekends and multi-day shooting tours across Britain
For UK-based guests, your chauffeur can collect the party from an agreed home address, London hotel, railway station or another convenient meeting point.
Travel together for a country weekend, or arrange a longer itinerary connecting several destinations.
Depending on your selected venues, your journey could take you through Suffolk and Norfolk, the Cotswolds, Yorkshire or Scotland. We shape the transport around your confirmed accommodation and shooting programme.
A well-positioned country hotel may provide a comfortable base for several days. For a tour involving different hotels, we review the route and allow appropriate time for transfers.
The aim is to give each day room to be enjoyed.

Combine shooting with golf and sightseeing
A private holiday can reflect several interests.
Some guests may want to shoot each day; others may prefer gardens, historic houses, village visits, shopping or time in London. Different activities can be discussed when planning the transport, including whether additional vehicles would be needed.
For sporting groups, shooting and golf can also form part of the same itinerary. The Araror Club’s focus on substantial equipment storage makes it particularly relevant to these journeys, with the complete load agreed before booking.
The journeys between destinations can add to the experience too. Where timings allow, a scenic route or worthwhile stop can become a memorable part of the day.

The White Glove Standard
The care begins with the vehicle’s design and continues with the chauffeur who prepares it for you.
Chilled glass-bottled water, a luxury snack hamper, blankets, neck pillows and umbrellas are part of the White Glove experience. We can discuss preferred drinks, snacks and particular requirements before departure.
White Glove Chauffeur Service is an independent family business, based on the Suffolk–Essex border and providing chauffeur travel across Britain.
We operate our own fleet with our own chauffeurs and do not subcontract our journeys. The team you book with remains responsible for the vehicle, preparation, communication and service.
Bringing your own guns from overseas
If you intend to bring your own guns, discuss permissions, airline arrangements and storage requirements with your shooting organiser well before travelling.
The British Association for Shooting and Conservation provides a useful starting point in its guidance for visitors travelling to Britain to shoot.
Please also tell us what equipment you propose to transport. The Araror Club’s planned lockable cabinet forms part of the vehicle design; handling and storage arrangements at accommodation, estates and other stops must be agreed separately.
