Do you have a refund policy, if i have to cancel due to COVID
Yes, we understand that is is very strange times still. So yes we offer a refund if your booking is affected by any Covid issues. In fact we have already refunded more than 20 customers bookings due to flight cancellations, event cancellation or a member of the party coming down with Covid just before the booking.

What happens if the car breaks down?
We have a spare car, plus all our vehicles are fitted with trackers so, should this ever happen, we can respond quickly.

How is the mileage worked out between collection and destination?
Mileage is worked out from our postcode CO10 7EH to your destinations and then return to CO10 7EH.

What areas do your chauffeur cars cover?
As with all chauffeur services and private hire, our prices are based on the miles we travel. Our London airport transfers can pick you up in Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London for example.

What time does WGCS arrive?
Your chauffeur driven car will arrive at least 30 minutes before the first departure time as standard. This is so the vehicle can be cleaned again and set up for your journey.
However we can tailor this to your needs. -
Can you arrive earlier for photographs?

We take pride in our service. Helping you in and out of the car and even carrying your luggage is all part of the service. Nothing is too much trouble for our passionate Chauffeurs at WGSC.

What happens if it's raining?
We carry umbrellas in each car. Your personal Chauffeur will do their upmost to keep you dry.
