The award followed SME News’ research and judging stages and recognised our commitment to excellence and outstanding service.
By 2025, White Glove had developed far beyond conventional executive-car hire. Our growing collection of bespoke VIP Mercedes Sprinters, luxury passenger vehicles and chauffeur-driven Mini Coach allowed us to provide first-class journeys for private clients, families, executives and groups.
The award provided independent recognition of both the service our chauffeurs deliver and the distinctive vehicles and passenger experience supporting it.

Where Our Award-Winning Journey Began
White Glove Chauffeur Service was launched in February 2020, immediately before the pandemic brought the hospitality and luxury-travel industries to a halt.
Although the timing could hardly have been more challenging, that period gave us the opportunity to consider exactly what a genuinely exceptional chauffeur service should provide.
We did not want to reproduce an ordinary executive-car service. We wanted to create something more personal, more distinctive and more memorable.
That vision resulted in our first major honours in 2023:

Clients can view the actual White Glove vehicle they are considering rather than being shown generic manufacturer photographs. Our collection includes luxury chauffeur cars, bespoke Mercedes V-Class vehicles, VIP Mercedes Sprinters and a luxury 13-passenger Mini Coach.
Our Own Professional Chauffeurs
We do not build our service around an anonymous subcontracting network. Our journeys are delivered using our own vehicles and professional chauffeurs, allowing communication, presentation and service standards to remain within our control.
Personal Journey Planning
Every booking is considered individually. We assess the passengers, luggage, timings, collection arrangements, destination and purpose of the journey before recommending the appropriate vehicle and service.
