For a family or group travelling together, the journey to the airport should be comfortable, carefully timed and arranged around everything you need to bring.
Seven passengers may mean seven sets of ski equipment, large suitcases, boot bags and hand luggage. Finding seven seats is only part of the task. Finding space for the complete group and its belongings requires more thought.

Why Ski Equipment Changes the Airport Transfer
A ski bag presents a different loading requirement from a suitcase.
Its length matters, alongside its width, depth and the other belongings travelling with it. A bag containing one pair of skis can occupy a different amount of space from a padded travel bag carrying several items.
Snowboard bags, separate boot bags and children’s equipment add further variations.
That is why “seven passengers with luggage” does not give us enough information to recommend a vehicle.
We need to understand the complete load before confirming the arrangement. Planning it properly allows your group to arrive for collection knowing that the vehicle has been selected for your holiday.
Can a Mercedes V-Class Carry Your Skiing Party?
A VIP Mercedes V-Class can be an excellent choice for smaller parties wanting a private chauffeur experience.
However, the number of passenger seats does not establish whether the vehicle can also accommodate your skis and holiday luggage.
Our VIP Mercedes V-Class vehicles have five or six passenger seats, depending on the vehicle. They cannot accommodate a seven-person party, and equipment requirements may limit their suitability for smaller groups too.
For a couple or small family, we can assess the selected vehicle against the bags you intend to bring. For a larger party with several long equipment bags and substantial luggage, a purpose-designed Sprinter may offer a more appropriate arrangement.
The important distinction is between fitting the passengers and accommodating the whole journey.

Why We Are Creating the Araror Club
The Araror Club seven-seat VIP Mercedes Sprinter is being developed around guests travelling with substantial luggage and specialist equipment.
Its separate rear luggage compartment has been considered from the beginning of the design process, alongside the passenger cabin.
For ski travel, the aim is to provide space for long equipment bags and personal luggage while preserving a comfortable private environment for the group.
The exact combination will still be assessed before booking. Seven slim ski bags and seven heavily packed double equipment bags are different loads, even when the passenger numbers are identical.
Planned for availability from early 2027, the Club will extend our choice for families and private groups whose belongings require more space.

A Comfortable Start—and a Welcoming Journey Home
An early airport departure is easier to enjoy when your group can settle into a prepared private cabin.
The Club’s planned specification includes seven individual Nappa leather passenger seats with heating and massage functions, Mercedes air suspension, dedicated rear climate control, entertainment screens and onboard refrigeration.
There will be room to relax together while your chauffeur manages the road journey.
On the return, after a flight and a busy week in the mountains, the same attention to comfort matters. Chilled glass-bottled water, refreshments, blankets and neck-support pillows form part of the White Glove approach, with preparations discussed around your party’s requirements.

UK Airport Collections and Departures
Our luxury group airport transfers can be arranged around your home, hotel or another agreed UK collection point.
We serve Heathrow, Gatwick, Stansted, Luton, London City and other UK airports, subject to the agreed journey and suitable vehicle availability.
For your departure, we review the flight details, collection address and proposed timings. Travelling with ski equipment should be discussed when planning your arrival at the terminal.
For your return, we monitor the available flight information and confirm the meeting arrangements in advance. Terminal Meet & Greet and luggage assistance can be included as agreed.
Both journeys can be arranged together, with passenger and equipment details reviewed before confirmation.
This service covers the UK road journey to and from your departure airport. Your overseas airport-to-resort transfer is a separate arrangement.

- Collection and return addresses.
- Total passenger numbers, including children.
- The number of ski or snowboard bags and their packed dimensions, particularly their length.
- The number and approximate size of suitcases, boot bags and hand luggage.
- Any additional equipment or mobility requirements.
- Any child-seat requirements.
