How to Use the Chauffeur Booking System

1. Enter Your Journey

Select your collection date and time, then enter the complete collection and destination addresses.

If your journey includes additional collection points or stops, use the waypoint option to add them in the correct order.

For airport collections, include your flight details where requested so that we can monitor the flight and plan your collection accurately.

2. Add Waiting Time When Required

The online quotation system calculates your booking as a one-way journey.

If you require the vehicle and chauffeur to remain with you before bringing you back, enter the outward journey and add the anticipated number of waiting hours using the extra-time option.

This is particularly suitable for:

• Restaurants and fine-dining reservations
• Theatre visits
• Concerts
• Sporting events
• Race days
• Business meetings
• Weddings and private celebrations

Keeping the vehicle and chauffeur with you is frequently more economical than calculating two completely separate journeys. It also guarantees that your selected vehicle remains available when you are ready to leave.

The online booking system does not provide a separate return-journey option.

If your return is on a different day, involves another destination or forms part of a complex itinerary, please contact us for a personalised quotation.

3. Enter Passengers and Luggage

Select the total number of passengers travelling and provide accurate luggage information.

Passenger capacity and luggage capacity are not always the same. A vehicle that can carry seven passengers may not necessarily accommodate seven passengers together with seven large suitcases.

Providing complete details helps ensure that the vehicle selected is appropriate for your entire journey.

4. Choose Your White Glove Vehicle

The system will display the vehicles available and suitable for the journey information entered.

Our fleet includes luxury chauffeur cars, bespoke Mercedes V-Class vehicles, VIP Mercedes Sprinters, the Lexus LM Starlight Signature and our 13-passenger VIP Mini Coach.

Click your preferred vehicle to view the quoted price and continue with your booking.

5. Personalise Your Experience

Depending on the chosen vehicle and journey, you may be able to select optional enhancements such as:

• Additional or upgraded Champagne
• Personalised vehicle flags
• Ribbons in your chosen colours

• Specific chauffeur presentation
• Other journey requirements

Available options and their prices will be shown before you confirm the booking.

6. Review Your Booking

Enter your contact and billing information, then check the complete booking summary carefully.

Please confirm:

• Collection date and time
• Collection and destination addresses
• Additional stops
• Required waiting time
• Passenger numbers
• Luggage requirements
• Chosen vehicle
• Selected enhancements
• Total fixed price

Once you are satisfied that everything is correct, proceed through the secure payment process to confirm your booking.
