The Journey from Conception to Today
Receiving the UK’s Best Chauffeur Service award is a significant achievement for us — especially considering that we only launched White Glove Chauffeur Service in 2020.
Before then, our focus was on providing a luxury wedding car hire service, which naturally translated into offering first-class chauffeur services.
In February 2020, White Glove Chauffeur Service (WGCS) was created as a trading name of Simons White Wedding Cars. We invested in new vehicles and prepared for expansion — and then the world was hit by COVID-19. Overnight, the hospitality and luxury travel industries came to a halt.
In many ways, the timing could not have been worse… yet it also gave us the time to design what would become the UK’s Best Chauffeur Service.
Building the Dream Service
From day one, we knew exactly the level of luxury service we expected as clients ourselves. Through our experiences travelling the world — experiencing the best and sometimes the “make-believe” versions of luxury — we were able to design first-class services and luxury vehicles such as the Mercedes Jet Sprinter and the world class Araror 8-Seater VIP Minibus.
